We are committed to Christian spiritual formation of all age groups in the church by providing opportunities and encouragement to grow in Biblical understanding, in Christ-like character, and in Spirit-empowered service. As Colossians 2:6,7 says, "So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."

sunday preaching & teaching

Central to spiritual formation at CCPC is the preaching of the Scriptures each Sunday morning by our pastors. They aim to preach expositionally in the power of the Holy Spirit in a way which transforms lives and brings glory to God.

children

Infants 6 weeks through preschool age 5, we offer fully staffed nursery and preschool programs with trained volunteers and early childhood professionals.  All staff and volunteers have current background checks.  We also provide a Family Room (formally known as the Cry Room) on the north end of the sanctuary where families with infants can worship together.

Kindergarten - 5th grade. Engaging classes for each age group are offered. (Boys and girls in 4th and 5th grades are in gender specific classes to offer the best environments for learning, building friendships and meeting the individual learning styles of boys and girls.) Children learn, apply and experience concrete examples of who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him. Christ-centered and kid targeted, we take them on a journey through Show Me Jesus curriculum to learn about God’s plan, and how they fit into it, what it means to follow Him in the context of relationships with each other and committed believing adult volunteers.

Worship KidStyle, our children's church program is offered during both services. Worship KidStyle is an energy-pumped, praise filled worship time with music, prayer, games, drama and video. Children in Kindergarten and older may attend.

PowerHouse is offered during the 11:00 service. Using the WorshipKidStyle teaching approach, the life application targets preteens, 4th grade and older.

middle school students

Flood: 9:50 am-10:45 am in the Community Life Center in room 109. Be here at 9:50 am for worship, doughnuts, trivia and challenging messages that will take you deeper in your relationship with Christ. "And to know this love that surpasses knowledge - that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God." Ephesians 3:19.

high school students

Breakfast Club: 9:50 am in the Community Life Center in room 112. Come Sunday mornings as we praise our Mighty God and discover His love for us and our response to live with passion for Him. Praise, worship, challenging teaching, hangout time.
