How to Download the App

 

Go to your app store (Apple devices or Android devices) and search and download the Elexio Community app (looks like above green square icon).

Once you’ve opened the app, you’ll see “domain.elexiochms.com” on the first line. The key word is “domain “.

 

 

Tap on the word “domain” (circles in the screenshot in red) and it will become selected.

Type in its place “cherrycreekpres” (all lower case)

Tap the Return key to enter CCCP’s domain name (cherrycreekpres).

 

 

 

 

How to Log In on the App

Be sure to use your Primary email for CCPC as your Username.

Type “cherrycreekpres.elexiochms.com”

Next enter your User Name “jdoe@gmail.com”

Finally, enter your password*

Sign in (Unless you log out, you will not have to reenter your email address & password)

 

*If you had an account before, but don’t remember your password, click on the “Forgot password” link to create a new password.

 

How to Log in/Create a New Account on Desktop

If you previously had a login and password from the previous member portal or have already set up a Community account on your Elexio Community app, you can use that information to log in.

To create a new account, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “create new account” (on the left)

Once you create your account, a member of the CCPC tech team will review your submission and you will be notified that your account is active.

Then, enter your email address as your “Username” and enter your “Password.” A new Password will be sent to your email.

 

 

Troubleshooting FAQs

I can’t log in.

1.      Check your email address.  Be sure it is the one you are using with the church (the one you receive emails from the church)

2.      Be sure you have entered it in correctly

3.      Be sure you have entered in your password correctly

4.      If you don’t remember your password, click on forgot password. You will receive an email with a new password to use.
