  • 79 scholarships and $30,235 to be given (2025) so that students can attend a camp or retreat
  • Connection with students at Cherry Creek High School through Pancake Club every Wednesday morning before school
  • 10,000 pancakes to be served between CCPC Sunday Pancakes and the high school
  • The provision of books and resources to our students, leaders and emerging adults throughout the year

THE BIDDING PROCESS: This is a sealed-bid auction where bidders submit their highest bid without knowing the bids of other people; however, while the highest bidder will win the auction they will only pay the price of the second-highest bid price -- not the winning bid price. What if I bid on multiple properties and win multiple properties? Don’t worry! Submit your highest bid on all the properties that interest you. If you win multiple properties, we will confirm with you before the end of the evening if you want multiple properties, or only one. If someone declines a property, we will award the winning bid to the second-highest bidder at the third-highest bid price.

We will also offer a BUY NOW option again this year on several vacations & experiences! A higher price will be offered for an item to seal the deal.

Sunset Sailing at Cherry Creek Res

Join Captain Oakes for a relaxing 4:00–7:30 pm sail aboard Loy’s Cabin, a 22-foot Catalina, on beautiful Cherry Creek Reservoir. This classic Lido 14 sailboat comes fully equipped with an electric motor, trailer with current license, and everything you need to get started. Included with your purchase is a sailing lesson from Loy and Doris Oakes (U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Licensed), who will help you feel confident navigating your new boat. The Lido 14 comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, making it perfect for family outings or a relaxing day with friends. For added convenience, Loy and Doris will park the boat in the lot for pickup and are happy to store it for up to one month while you arrange your own storage.
