Homebound Visitation Team

The CCPC homebound visitation team is a ministry that serves to provide a relational bridge to those in our church body who are unable to be consistently be with us in person due to health issues or being unable to drive to church anymore. The team strives to do this by making visits, writing cards, providing seasonal gifts, and supporting any needs that come up with our homebound population. This is a team dedicated to reaching out and extending connection to those unable to make it to church but still wanting to be part of the church!
