Preschool

I have always had a deep love for the younger and shorter version of God’s children – babies through preschool-aged. I desire to share the wonder of God’s world and His love and grace by encouraging parents and teaching children for the past 40+ years. This passion is rooted in Deuteronomy 6: 4-9, so out of God’s love for me I desire to love and serve His children. I have three educational degrees that have brought great enrichment and insight to the preschool. Also, I serve on the board of Saving Moses - it's a powerful ministry that provides nutritious care and safety for young childrin in India, parts of Africa and Cambodia. I have three wonderful adult children (and their spouses!) and it is a blessing to be called “Nana” by seven beautiful grandchildren - ranging in age from 31 - 9 years of age. I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with my family and friends – laughing and having adventures together.

I am an alumna of CCPP and in 2002 had the privilege and blessing to not only send my own children here but to also begin my career in Early Childhood. My family and I moved to Arizona in 2005 where I finished my degree and after six hot years we returned back to beautiful Colorado! I have been teaching the Playschool Young 3s class for the past 5 years.  My daughter recently graduated from UofA and is working for Voltaire Saddles in the Carolinas. My son is a 4th grader at Ascent Classical Academy. I am also the co-owner/instructor of Academy of Art LLC, an art enrichment program that is provides afterschool art classes here at the preschool!

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a focus on children from Colorado State University. My husband Eric and I have two sons that both went through CCP Preschool & Playschool. Noah is now enjoying college life at CU Boulder and Evan is a junior at Cherry Creek High School.  I have been teaching at CCP with Susanne for 10 years!  I am thankful for our CCP Preschool & Playschool families and feel blessed to be able to teach your children.

I received my bachelor’s degree with a major in Music and a minor in Bible. After college, I spent three years overseas as a missionary. I am a person of many and diverse interests, and one of them has always been young children. I love to interact with their distinct personalities and influence them for God. Originally from Connecticut, I have spent most of my adult life here in Colorado. I have a firefighter husband and three young-adult sons. Some of my other interests include God’s family around the world (mission work), knitting, singing, and of course chocolate.
A few of my favorite things are: serving at church, being with family and friends, and reading a good book when I’m not gardening. I look forward to the school year.

I’m looking forward to a year of learning, fun and adventure. I was born in Michigan and moved to Colorado with my husband in 1990. We have 3 married adult children. I have an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood. It is my 8th year teaching here at CCP Preschool. Prior to this my focus was as a homeschool teacher to my children.
Ever since I came to Christ, I have loved to teach His word. It started with my children and since they’re all grown up it is my joy to teach your darling children about the love and faithfulness of our God and our goal to be like Jesus.

I was born in Sweden and moved to Colorado at the age of 23. My experience with children began with my mother’s in-home child care center. I have always loved children and got my Early Childhood degree in Sweden. I continue to take Early Childhood Education classes here to meet Colorado Standards. I have two adult sons and one grandson. Our whole family loves to be outdoors – we are camping, boating, hiking, biking or skiing almost every weekend. I feel blessed to have found CCPC and love teaching here.

I am excited to start my 4th year teaching JrK at CCP Preschool. I taught preschool for thirteen yrs, taught 3rd grade for 5 yrs, ran an in-home daycare and provided childcare for several churches. I am married and have 3 great sons, all married. I have 3 beautiful grandchildren. I love to travel, camp, make quilts, and read. I am a native of Nebraska. I have lived in Colorado for 27 yrs. I look forward to teaching kids about God and opening their minds to the wonders ahead.

This will be my third year of teaching Playschool at CCP Preschool, and I’m so very excited! Both of my two children attended CCP Preschool. This year my daughter attends Greenwood Elementary and my son attends Cherry Creek High School.  
Professionally I have a background in the medical field as a medical assistant. Since moving to Colorado I've been focused on raising my family and enjoying life as a mom and homemaker.
I love cooking, travel, and feel incredibly grateful to be part of CCP. Teaching here is such a joy!  

Hello to the wonderful families of the 3s! I'm super excited to be teaching your adorable children. I have three energetic boys of my own, ages 12-17 and the last is a Preschool alumni! My family settled in Denver about 8 years ago; we've been both west and east coasters. I have a BA in International Business from SDSU, and was a collegiate and post-collegiate athlete in volleyball and rowing. I had a career in hotel and real estate sales and marketing, but my most honored job has been that of mom. In my spare time I enjoy cooking for family and friends, gardening and DIY projects.   

I'm very excited to join the CCP Preschool teaching staff. I am a Colorado Native. I received my degree from Metropolitain State Univeristy and have been teaching the Denver metro area for many years. My husband and I have been married for 37 years and together have four adult children and three wonderful grandchildren, one of whom attends CCP!
I have spent most of my life teaching children of all ages, mainly in Christian settings. I enjoy getting to know the children in my class and discovering their unique strengths and personalities. God has made us all so wonderfully unique! It's a true honor to work with your children; I'm excited to be in the JrKindergarten classroom this year.  

Hello Preschool Families! I am super excited to teach your wonderful children this year.     I am married to my amazing husband, and we have two cats.
I am currently getting my business degree and have a deep passion for early childrhood education, fostering creativity and helping young learners grow. I am a Colorado native and love being outdoors. When I'm not in the classroom, you can find me fishing, camping, in the kitchen, or cuddling with our cats. I can't wait for a fantastic year ahead filled with lots of fun and growth!
